Kurus dgn sihat walaupun tak bersenam?? Jum tgk jadual makan sy :)

Assalamualaikum

Harinih mood sy sgt-sgt baik
Sebabnya sy bangun pagi dgn ceria
Makan sarapan yang sempurna. Bukan sempurna jeh, malah berkhasiat

makan oats

2 hours after Hi-Tea
Consume Herbalife shakes 400 ml :)

 Vanilla fruities shakes :D
